How cute is this? A Karl Lagerfeld doll! Mua Mua is making fashion and celebrity-inspired dolls on the island of Bali. All of the dolls are made by hand in their Andy Warhol inspired "art factory." Other dolls include Anna Wintour, Katy Perry, Dita Von Teese, Vivienne Westwood, and Miuccia Prada.
