FIDM Grad Morgan Kaptain just gave us the inside scoop. She is Stila's Packaging Development Manager and works on the Jane Cosmetics brand. A 2004 graduate of FIDM's Beauty Industy Merchandising and Marketing Program, she's responsible for sourcing, development, and costing and negotiation at Stila. And guess what! She just joined the FIDM Faculty, teaching Fundamentals of Fragrance and Beauty Marketing & Finance!
