Tell us a little about yourself and your past education. I graduated a couple years ago from UC Irvine as an International Studies major. I've always wanted a career that required me to travel, which birthed my reason, along with my love for fashion, to start FIDM in the Fall as a Merchandise Marketing major.

What are your proudest accomplishments so far? I'd have to say that my proudest moments included times where I set my mind and heart to accomplish something, and I did just that!

What made FIDM right for you? FIDM's celebrated staff, as well as its respected name and alumni, prompted me to apply to FIDM.

Describe your entrance project. My entrance project was a lookbook inspired by the 70's punk grunge era. My main influences were the band posters of the time, particularly the Sex Pistols. My models were reminiscent of Nancy Spungen, the Yoko Ono (and late girlfriend of Sid Vicious) of the Sex Pistols.

What are your career goals? I would love to become a reputable buyer for a fashion powerhouse.

What do you expect to learn at FIDM? I expect to learn the ins and outs of fashion merchandising and the fashion industry at FIDM.
