Ever heard of
Divine Design? It's a fabulous annual VIP shopping event with discounts of 50%-90% off amazing fashion, beauty, gifts, and home decor items. You shop while supporting a great cause,
Project Angel Food—a free meal program for people with HIV/AIDS, cancer, and other life-threatening illnesses throughout Los Angeles County.
I went to opening night of the event last week in Beverly Hills. The old vacant Robinsons-May on Wilshire and Santa Monica was transformed into a virtual department store experience. After waiting one hour in line, I was thrilled to let the shopping experience begin!
These caged suede heels from Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen's line, Elizabeth and James, rule.
It's Givenchy. Nothing more needs to be said.

You can never get enough of Simone Legno's
Tokidoki. The word means
sometimes in Japanese, but I've found that everything he makes is
always amazing. BTW, his Melrose store is opening in 2 days!

An entire section was dedicated to celebrating 50 years of Barbie.

The writing on the Barbie doll box says, "Generations of Dreams. The ultimate tribute to the doll that started it all." True on many levels.

That Barbie, so much good advice to share.

Tons of cosmetics and beauty supplies. Really great pieces...and prices!

Beautiful displays of product.

And high-end beauty lines like Rene Furterer. Love their stuff.

I spent so much time in the fashion and beauty sections, I barely had time to explore home decor!

And then there's always the celeb sightings. Nia Vardalos was having a great time.

Plus,
Bellagio served delectable sipping chocolate. More like a liquid chocolate bar. I've never had anything so delish.

I don't know what it was about these chickens, but i just fell in love. Love. Especially that one looking at me all funny. Uh-dorable.
All-in-all, it was a fantastic fashion event for a great cause!
